I was just released from the hospital and soon plan to indulge in a nice long shower followed by a nice long nap.
I am on partial bedrest, or "house arrest" is what the doctor called it. I basically have to take it easy...no heavy cleaning, lifting, long shopping trips, staying away from home for too long, etc. I can cook dinner, do light housework, still work for Emmaus, (since I don't have to leave the comforts of home for that - what a blessing!), float in the pool, etc....basically I get to be lazy (which I am very good at!). We have an appointment on Friday to check out the blood pressure again and they are also giving me a non-stress test. They gave us a few symptoms to watch for which will land me in the hospital again if they appear.
Jason could probably use your prayers, as the bulk of everything around here will fall on him! Thanks, friends!

Yay! So glad to hear you're home and "only" only partial bedrest!!
Have a loooovely sleep this afternoon!
So glad that you are home -REST! We will be praying! Love ya!
"no long shopping trips" - that doesn't include shopping online, does it?!
I'm praying for you all. I spent 12 weeks on TOTAL bedrest before L&J were born. It was really, really hard, but worth all the misery to deliver healthy full term babies at the end. Obey your doctor's orders! Brady may never thank you, but it's still worth the trouble.
Love you BFF!
oh man, glad you are home! get lots of rest and we will be praying! :)
Ange,
Glad you're home... and that you're only on house arrest!! We'll be praying for you (and Jason too!)
love ya,
Annie
I forgot to ask, are you allowed to paint your toe nails?
I know it's hard but try to enjoy the rest now--it will be in short supply once Baby Brady arrives!
Praying for you!! Hope you are resting and taking it easy! :)
