...tentatively, we have sold our Dubuque house. (I can't believe I forgot to mention that in our weekend update!) The buyers have 10 days to finalize their financing. The deadline for financing would be April 7 and our closing date is May 1. We are not thrilled about the price but at this point we just want to be rid of it! Praise the Lord! We were to the point where we were planning on our kid living there when he goes to Emmaus in 18 years, LOL!
...we saw "Riverdance" last night - Jason's friend, Lee, bought us tickets. It was seriously the coolest show I've ever seen. Jason thinks he can dance just like them and it was nothing special. (Just kidding, he really liked it, too! But I do think he's serious about his dancing skills).
...we are sooooo close to releasing baby's name to the general public. Stay tuned, we shall see.
...I will be in Dubuque next week from the 9th - 11th, and then I get to spend the weekend and a few extra days in Atlantic with my family. I can't wait! Watch out little Gracie, I'm going to hold you the whole time! I'm sure the nieces will miss Uncle Jason (and so will I!) but he has plenty of guy time planned with some friends.
Have a great day! It's APRIL! Spring is here! Right now it is only 36 degrees in Akron but that's okay, the sun is shining!

Oh, I want to know the baby's name! Please, please!
Had to tell you too from the last post, our nephew was born in Chicago, but only lived there 4 months. He is a MAJOR Cubs fan surrounded by Cards fans. If he can survive that so can little.... what's his name! :)
I think you just need to rename the blog: The Dearments: Angie, Jason, ----(input baby boy's name). Come on don't leave us in suspense.
Any chance you will be coming thru Des Moines on your way home? I'll buy the Starbucks...
And, you can finally see the house in person.
Sorry, I realized my mistake at 5am this morning, it suddenly dawned on me that it not Dearment anymore, but Hubbard, so it should be The Hubbards: Angie, Jason and __________!
Have fun in Atlantic! That little Gracie looks like lots of fun to hold. And congrats on your house "almost" being sold! That will feel nice, won't it?!?
PS--See if anything strange happens when you hold Gracie...when I was pregnant with Celia and I held Drew, my nephew, I had some contractions! :) My grandma said she had heard that could happen.
