Ohio News
We just signed a lease for a 2-bedroom apartment at Terraces on the Green. We are all about home ownership, but we are going to take our time looking for a house over the next year. Right now, our dream is to find a fixer-upper in a nice neighborhood, and add some "sweat equity." It's going to take time to find the perfect place. I also can't imagine buying a house long distance, so that's another reason we'd like to take our time. Terraces was one place we visited when Jason had his interview and I was very impressed. The rest of the places we looked at, for the same amount of money, were pretty dumpy - smelled of cigarette smoke and cats! EW. I think we are going to love it here! Wow, Angie, that looks really nice! Congrats to you both. Rental or not, it's a big deal to find a new home that you'll be happy in, even temporarily.
And an exercise room.....!?! Hmmmm, what would that be used for....?? ;)

It looks like a great place to set up housekeeping, Angie! And a perfect place to display your veggie plates. :)--I still have 1, the other 3 have bit the dust! Andrew lived with us for 8 months and he is responsible for the death of two of them! ;)

Very nice! I like the high ceilings. That always makes it seem bigger. A free pool and exercise room are a great bonus, too!
