Photo of Suture Line

You've been warned...a photo can be found below of Ange's suture line, aka future scar. It's not that gross but might be a bit shocking.

*We had a good visit with the doctor today, and it is likely she can go home tomorrow!
Thanks again for all your prayers!

Wow...that is an impressive cut! I'm amazed at what doctors do to get us fixed up. I'd show you my scars but you would end up seeing too much! Haha...praising God for your healing and for the possibility of going home today.

WOW - cool scare!!! It reminded me of Kati Glock and rope burn scare. :) Ok my co-worker just told me that one our other co-workers had her lymphods removed too and I have NEVER even noticed the scar. I hope your feeling ok and you have a fast recover!!! You are in my prayers!! Loveya!

That is wicked!! :) And I agree with Regan--it reminds me of a c-section scar. I am so glad you are feeling well enough to think about going home tomorrow! You truly are a brave woman. Many prayers coming your way!

Man, you could come up with a heck of a Halloween get-up but, unfortunately, it's still Sept. Your scar is absolutely a symbol of your strength, courage and resilience against cancer. You are one of the most beautiful women I know and I am proud to be your friend!!

Hey sweetie...the surgeon told us that if our son keeps his head still, not moving the neck for 3 weeks his scar on his neck will heal better. Also after 2 weeks she told us to put cocoa butter on it to keep it subtle. The scar really healed nicely and isn't that noticeable. I'm sure that you'll get your own instructions but just put that out there just in case you wanted to try it. We used Palmers Cocoa butter.
