We borrowed some new "babysitters" for Brady...his favorite is the jumper! He loves to hang out in the jumper while mommy cooks supper. Here he is just starting to figure it out.
Yes, those are baby legwarmers! Jason is not too sure about them, but Brady loves them! Notice behind him the lovely paint color we found beneath all those layers of wallpaper.
You can also see our lovely linoleum in the kitchen and the remainder of the nasty carpet in our dining room...we can't wait to have the floors replaced in these two rooms!
The exersaucer is in my office and sure helps me get some work done! God Bless the exersaucer! (I told you he was a naughty boy, just check out that finger!)
I really, truly am going to post pics of the house. You may all have to look past my laundry piles, but the pics are coming!
hahahaha...of course I agree with you!!! They just make so much sense :) He loves to have his legs free to kick and kick but they are always cold. Jason won't let me take him out in public with them!!
Ha ha! I somehow knew there was going to be a discussion about the legwarmers. I personally think they are cute AND make sense as you described. Bella had a plain pair (cream) last year that I loved. I wanted some cute striped ones, but feared they wouldn't match anything. I just asked Mike how he felt about them for boys and he said, "Maybe if we lived in Paris".
And they are not even close to being in the same category as characters on sweaters. :)
Ha ha! Even before I read Kathy and your comments I was going to say that I think those legwarmers would look really good with Elisa's sweater. =) (Then again, I liked the sweater!) The exersaucer makes a great babysitter for mommy shower time. I used to drag ours into our bathroom every morning for my shower. We never had a johnny jump up, but Matthew LOVED his Jumperoo. Have you heard of those?
The last picture of his finger is hilarious. Today a little boy told me "Miss Sanchez did you know that this middle finger means something bad? My dad told me last night." Thankfully, he held his whole hand up and not just the middle one. But 2 years ago, I had a little boy who when he reads uses his middle finger to point to the words. What could I say, since I teach them to point to the words. :-)

Kathy...this is also funny considering my reaction to Elisa's blog last week!
Someday Brady will be so embarrassed that I put him in legwarmers. Too bad!
oh well, I know my parents have some photos of me that are pretty embarrassing! guess it goes with the territory! =)
Yipee for toys!!!! He'll be getting some good air out of that jumper yet! Love the leg warmers :0)
Yippee for borrowing toys! I loved that, especially because they outgrow them so fast at that age! He looks like he is having loads of fun!!
