- Finding out we are having a BOY (but you already knew that!). I can't even tell you how surreal and awesome the ultrasound was. At one point we could see the little guy opening and closing his mouth and moving all over the place. Of course, he looked perfect to us!
- Kim stayed until Saturday - we had some major girl time...lots of shopping, Starbucks, ice cream, The Office, chick flicks, and joint computer time at the kitchen table :) I miss her already, it was so much fun to hang out with her!
- We grilled for the first time this year; Jason cooked us some mouth-watering steaks. Too bad that Baby has decided he doesn't like meat. I can usually have a few bites, but then I am done.
- I now regularly hit my stomach with the refrigerator door and I can't keep food off my stomach when I am cooking (I guess it just jumps out of the pan!). I spend a lot of time rubbing my stomach and apologizing to Baby. Poor kid probably has bruises already.
- Jason and I hit a consignment store looking for baby clothes and hit major pay dirt. Let's just say that someone is already spoiled. At least everything was cheap and in good shape, not to mention great brands.
- Our baby name is gradually seeping out...of my mouth. That's right, I can't keep my trap shut. If you do know the name, pretend you don't and that I never told you. (In my defense, Jason has told a few people, too!) It's only a matter of time before the whole world knows!
- I am currently watching BASEBALL...YEAH! I guess tonight is the opening of baseball season, but it starts for me tomorrow at 1:20 when the Cubs play the Braves at Wrigley. I do have a major confession. You will see from the photo of all the baby clothes that I broke down and allowed the purchase of an Indians onesie for Baby. It pains me to realize that though I am a lifelong Cubs fan, my kids will probably grow up to be Indians fans due to the fact that they are being raised 45 mins from Jacobs Field. I will still do my best to make sure they bleed Cubbie blue...but I cannot deny that some things are out of my control. Thus, the purchase of the onesie...one small step towards the American League and one giant step away from my Cubbies...sniff, sniff!
And now for the photos...
this is Kim and I trying hot mustard at the Chinese restaurant. You can hardly see the tiny amount on my finger. That's all it took!

I had so much fun with you Angie and I miss you already too!
I am in the process of uploading a few pictures from this past week as well...hope I can get them up soon!
Love all the baby clothes, Ange, no question it's a boy you're buying for! Yes, spoiled, indeed! But ... he'll be super cute!
Glad, glad, glad you have lots of girlfriend time - nothing better, is there?
And ... um ... the baby name's seeping out?? I just can't imagine that happening?!?! :) Now 'Lester Clarence' will never be quite that surprise you always wanted!
I guess because I haven't been at the Haven on a regular basis, I have missed out on the NAME.
Jason, I will be there Tues. for Aux., so will be waiting to hear the name.
Angie, Don't buy so many clothes. No one will have a chance to share with you, if you have bought everything. ha.

I miss you guys. I'm looking forward to seeing you on the 11th... but could you bring Jason, too? Please? Oh, and I can't wait to give you my nephew's gift.
Ange-great baby booty!!! You guys are doing so great -way ahead of the game. Come and visit for a few weeks and help me get organized for Baby Esson!
Miss you-Love you!
My favorites are the shirt that says handsome and the little chocolate brown shoes...too yummy! BUT we spotted something very peculiar in the picture that must be removed immediately...it was a red shirt, hmmm, maybe saying something like OHIO STATE...hello, give the kid a chance :) just kidding Jason :)
Love all the great finds. Can't wait to see you...next week!!! :)
So, I thought you were going to tell all of us the name??? It is so hard keeping it a secret isn't it! Stephen has made me swear not to tell a soul! Of course ours is still somewhat up in the air still!!!
